My mom and I are working on digitizing our entire family photo collection but that process takes time. We will post many more photos in the coming months and years.

Family Time

Steve and the family had a blast spending time with each other and family friends (Jimbo and Kevin seen in top left and middle photos). Steve always enjoyed ‘mooning the camera’, as we can see from the top left. He was a funny guy and enjoyed making people laugh. The general outfit for Steve and the brothers was the classic short shorts and either a tank top or shirtless, a style I myself love today.

Visiting Philadelphia

Going to O’s Games

Loretta and Steve attended many an O’s games together and loved to get pictures with the Oriole Bird whenever they could. In classic Steve fashion, he is giving the ol’ “shaka brah” in both pictures.

Biking

My parents loved to bike together. My parents taking a rest after a hard ride (left). Following Steve’s back surgery, he was told he probably wouldn’t be able to bike anymore, but he bought a new bike with a low middle bar for easy mounting (middle) and got back out on the NCR trail (right). There was no way anything would keep him from getting back on a bike.

Moving to Philly

My dad loved little fireworks and insisted on setting one off to celebrate my move to Philly for grad school. My buddies (Top picture, left to right: Niall, Steven, and Tim) helped me move in this time because my Dad was recovering from back surgery and unbeknownst to everyone including himself, he was also recovering from a stroke caused by that surgery.
